| 1. ORDERING ONLINE
Adding items to your basket Ordering online is easy. Simply select a colour and size. If an item is available to purchase, you will be able to click the "Add to Basket" button. If the style is not available in the selected colour and size, the system will let you know and the "Add to Basket" button will be removed.
CheckOut After you have added an item to your Basket, you can continue shopping or you can click the chekcout button to make a secure online purchase.
Order & Delivery Details
i) Existing Customers If you have ordered from us before, and you remember your login and password details, please enter them on this page. If you forget your password, we have a password reminder option to help you. Your login details will be emailed to you immediately. Your previous billing and delivery details have been saved to make your online experience as seamless as possible. No Credit Card details are stored online at anytime. Alternatively you can enter your details again.
ii) New Customers Please fill in all your Billing and Delivery details and complete all the mandatory fields. The more information you provide the more quickly we can deliver your order. If you intend on being a regular online shopper, then we recommend creating a password. This is not a requirement.
Order Verification & Payment This page will be displayed in secure mode. There are 2 ways to see if a page provides security.
1) The security padlock will be displayed in your web browser 2) The website address will begin with "https "
This means the details provided on this page are secure and encrypted for your protection.
Please take the time to review your order and delivery details carefully.
The top section outlined your order and delivery details, followed by the item(s) you are purchasing online. The lower section provides a secure online credit card payment option.
We will send you an email with a copy of your online order once you have filled in your Credit Card payment details. There are a few reasons why you may not receive your order confirmation.
- You may not have typed in your email address correctly,
- Check your junk mail - our confirmation email may have been caught in your junk mail or spam filter

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY DETAILS
Delivery timetable Online orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days for all Australian orders and 7-12 days for orders placed outside Australia. If an item is sold out and can not be sourced from one of our stores, we will advise you promptly using the contact details provided so you can choose another item or cancel your order. If your order is part-shipped due to a back order, there will be no further postage charges.
Postage and handling charges Brown Sugar has a flat rate of shipping/delivery for online orders.

If your order is part-shipped due to a back order, there will be no further postage charges. For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent with receipted delivery and will require a signature to collect. *On occasion, some shipments may take longer to arrive when clearing customs. |
3. RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund. Alternatively, if you have a Brown Sugar store close by, you may take the item into store for an exchange or refund, as per the conditions detailed on the receipt.

Returning orders to a Brown Sugar Store Click here to find our network of stores. You can return merchandise purchased ONLINE to any Brown Sugar store within 14 days of purchase. Please remember your receipt, the stock you wish to return, and the credit card you used when ordering online.
4. COLOURS
Please note colours vary slightly from those displayed on your monitor. All monitors and printers display colours slightly differently.
5. SIZES
Our collection is available in sizes 8 to 16 and small to extra large. All our Pants are offered in half sizes. If something isn’t right with the size you have ordered or received, then let us know, and we will replace it for you. Alternatively, you may decide you want a completely different style. To establish your size please refer to our sizing chart.
6. WHEN ITEMS SELL OUT
Unfortunately some items will sell out online. If an item you are after has been sold out, we will do everything we can to fulfill your order. Alternatively, you can visit or contact your local store to see if the item is still available, or whether it will be available again soon.
7. CURRENCY
All product shown on the Brown Sugar website is shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
8. GIFT VOUCHERS
Brown Sugar gift vouchers are available to purchase in store in any denomination. Gift Certificates can also be purchased online starting from $25.00 For vouchers purchased online, a postage fee of $2.95 applies for delivery to anywhere in Australia and $3.95 for international gift voucher orders.
All Brown Sugar gift vouchers are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and may be redeemed in any Brown Sugar store in Australia. Gift vouchers can not be redeemed via our online store.
9. GST & OTHER COUNTRY TAXES
In Australia, Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged at 10%. All Brown Sugar items include GST in the retail price displayed.
GST on international orders The total price of your order will include 10% GST at checkout. This is deducted on the Basket when you select a country outside Australia.
Important: The international postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, Brown Sugar will declare all items ordered, including their value and we will mark the parcel as dutiable "merchandise". For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
